Chandigarh, 19th May 2021: The Project Q Mini Covid Centre was inaugurated today in Sector 47 Community Centre in the presence of Sh. Manoj Parida, Adviser to the Administrator, Chandigarh. This mini Covid center was launched by the Rotary Satellite Club of Chandigarh in association with Chandigarh Administration.
This is the 20 bedded center that has been made to provide relief to the sufferings of Patients. Many philanthropists and Rotarians played a pivotal role in the functioning of this.
Sh. Manoj Parida, Adviser to the Administrator expressed his gratitude to Rotarians RK Saboo, Tanu Mehtani, and MP Singh for contributing in the welfare of the society in such tough times. He also said that “ The Chandigarh Administration will extend every possible help to run this makeshift hospital.”
Sh. Yash Pal Garg, CEO, Chandigarh Housing Board-cum- Nodal Officer for Mini Covid Centres was also present there.
