Hey all,
I'm a NASM CPT and am looking at writing an article for my gym/clients focusing on the top 5 things to focus on when just beginning your weight loss journey to lose that first 10-20lbs.
I have a long list, but looking to narrow it down to a top 5. Things I have consist of water intake, morning walking, calorie intake/monitoring what you're taking in, beginner lifting, mindset, etc...
