Maharashtra: Fishermen rescue dolphin in Murud

MUMBAI: Fishermen in Murud rescued a dolphin that had probably reached the shores in search of help.
According to locals the dophin might have beached due to gusty cyclonic winds but as it landed in their arms they could see that it was unable to open it's mouth and breath.

They said pieces of broken nets were stuck between its jaws that had visibly affected it's respiration. After they were removed, it took a big dive as fishermen returned it to the sea. They waited till it disappeared in the waters.
