Probably the realest moment ever filmed on a reality tv show.
I remember afterwards I pretty much gave up my bodybuilding goals of becoming too jacked/muscular so it doesn’t put added stress on my heart. Would rather be lean and low body fat.
I’m on TRT as it is (regular dose) and I knew going into it that the chances for heart attack and stroke increases since testosterone thickens your blood. But my triglycerides have plummeted from 250 all the way down to 90 and my cholesterol and blood lipid panel all showed remarkable improvement according to my doctor.
But fuk....is this the way I’m gonna die? I could think of way worse ways to go but being conscious through it and knowing you’re about to die is horrifying. Sig had “the widowmaker” heart attack that kills like 98% of people who get it. Lucky man.
What are you supposed to do if you think you have a heart attack? Lie down? Drink water, throw a bunch of aspirins down your throat if you have any? Etc.

I went to the ER once for a rapid heartbeat and palpitations. Took too much adderall (prescribed) on an empty stomach and played guitar for 12 hours straight. I hyperventilated and lost feelings in my fingers, arms and face. Could barely even talk, my facial muscles felt like they were being yanked back. Turns out I had tachycardia. They gave me an IV and benzos to relieve anxiety and calm me down. But I was so close to texting my family and friends that I loved them all and I might not make it. Thank god I didn’t because 4 hours later I was able to walk out on my own. But I’ll never forget that day.

I have read about this with people on TRT. I know testosterone raises your red blood cell count which sounds good on paper but also thickens the blood. I try to drink as much water as I can. The same doctor that also put me on TRT, gave me the option to take human growth hormone which I am. And one of the positive effect of that is it has tremendous ability to reduce triglycerides and burn fat. 4 months in and it’s eaten away stubborn belly fat too.

I read that even low therapeutic doses of GH promotes facial bone growth over time. No thx jeff. Don't want to fuk up my face. I've been just doing intermittent fasting the past few years and never been leaner.
Not bad. Just don't look at the needle when they stick you. If your hematocrit levels are in normal range donating will plummet it. I only do it because I have basically motor oil for blood.

Damn, the facial bone growth part isn’t good for me because I got a big melon head as it is, which is why I had to get a hair transplant because I can’t be bald.
But it also increases collagen growth and collagen is the key to slowing facial aging. Maybe I’ll do half the dosage. That hormone alone costs me $625 a month and I’d be happy to cut that in half. But it’s a combination of the two best hormones on the market. It slices off visceral body fat like a hot knife through butter.
