CHENNAI: Personnel changes have been effected in the chief minister’s office with the appointments of four deputy secretaries, two undersecretaries and a special personal assistant to the CM. C Manivannan, undersecretary serving earlier in the co-operation, food and consumer protection department, has been appointed as special personal assistant to chief minister M K Stalin, according to an official release. Those appointed in the deputy secretary post are C Rajukutty, M Chandrasekar, T Raghupathy and B Julia Shanthi. M Sivakumar and S Murugan, serving as undersecretaries in the public and public works department respectively have been appointed as undersecretary to the chief minister, according to the release.
