Edge cloud specialist Saguna Network acquired for USD 13 mln

Saguna Network, a provider of software for 5G networks based in Yokneam, Israel, has been acquired by ComSovereign, a US developer of 4G and 5G communication systems and services, for USD 13.1 million in an all-stock deal. Saguna is the creator of the Saguna Edge Cloud which it saystransforms communication networks into cloud-computing infrastructures for applications and services including augmented and virtual reality, IoT, edge analytics, high-definition video, connected cars and autonomous drones, among others.
