Link Mobility agrees to buy Australia's Soprano Design for NOK 4 bln with 95% payment in shares

Norwegian company Link Mobility Group Holding said it has agreed to an exclusive term sheet to acquire Soprano Design, a global CPaaS provider with its headquarters in Sydney, Australia. This is Link's first material expansion outside Europe. The purchase price of NOK 3.59 billion is being settled 95 percent in Link shares and 5 percent in cash.
