In continuation of  Exchange Notice No 20210514-18 informing therein, the details of suspension of trading in debentures of Axis Finance Limited,  Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, Axis Finance Limited has now revised the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Interest and Redemption of the  debentures liisted under  scrip code: 958112 .  The aforsaid Debentures of the Company will therefore, not be suspended w.e.f. 20.05.2021 as was informed vide the Notice mentioned above.

Further,   Trading Members of the Exchange are requested to note the Revised Record Date and No Dealings date for the debentures, as given below: 

Trading Members are advised not to deal in the debentures of the Company as mentioned above.
