The BSE Sensex is at 50,279 (down 0.1%). The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are TECH MAHINDRA (up 1.5%), NESTLE (up 1.4%) and SUN PHARMA (up 1.3%). Other gainers include RELIANCE IND. (up 1.2%) and SBI (up 1.0%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SBI and INFOSYS.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 15,133 (down 0.2%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include UPL (up 1.6%), NESTLE (up 1.5%) and CIPLA (up 1.5%). Other gainers include SUN PHARMA (up 1.5%) and SHREE CEMENT (up 1.3%).
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 30,029 to 50,279, registering a gain of 20,250 points (up 67.0%).
PIDILITE INDUSTRIES net profit stood at Rs 4 billion for the quarter ended December 2020, compared to a profit of Rs 3 billion a year ago. Net Sales rose 19.3% to Rs 23.0 billion during the period as against Rs 19.3 billion in October-December 2019.
For the year ended March 2020, PIDILITE INDUSTRIES reported 20.9% increase in net profit to Rs 11.2 billion compared to net profit of Rs 9.3 billion during FY19.
Revenue of the company grew 3.0% to Rs 73 billion during FY20.
The current Price to earnings ratio of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 100.6x.>
