Chandigarh, May 18
Government schools have excelled in the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) results for the third year in succession as compared to private schools for Classes VIII and X. The results were declared today.
A press note said: “The pass percentage of government schools for Class X remained 99.96% against 99.93 pass percentage of PSEB. The result of 3,576 government schools was cent per cent. Similarly, in Class VIII, the pass percentage of government schools was 99.91 against the overall 99.88 pass percentage of the PSEB. The result of 6,215 government schools remained cent per cent.” — TNS
