LondonMetric buys warehouse in Waltham Cross

LondonMetric Property has paid £43.8m for an urban logistics warehouse in Waltham Cross in Hertfordshire through a sale and lease back transaction.

The 115,000 sq ft warehouse has been let to foodservice group Reynolds on a new 23 year lease on a rent of £1.6m a year.
