Anyone continued doing PSMF into the single digits? Let's say to go from about 12% down to about 7%
I think the guides to PSMF generally say to not go to single digits. Not sure why though

It works really fast in single digits. Really easy too, but beware, cravings will get insane. It led to me having a binge eating problem.
My problematic areas like love handles were melting off like butter.
If anything, I wasn't eating however much protein the diet recommended because it wasn't needed for muscle retention, but in terms of satiety, you absolutely need to eat more protein. It will help with nitrogen balance, and make sure it's from whole foods like eggs/chicken breast and not protein bars.
