I am looking to build the following configuration but I am unable to find a RTX graphic card with a less heartbreaking price range.

Budget around 90-100k

Looking for
Ryzen 5 3600XT
6gb RAM - 8*2 3200Mhz
RTX 2060super ro 3060
1TB HDD
250GB SSD Nvme
MSI B450 Tamahawk
Non RGB case with good ventilation.

Note: Given the current GPU situation I am even down for a used GPU , but even common people selling used GPUs for more than the price that they bought is so sad to see.

Why not build an intel 11th gen desk instead? You can always get the GPU later on with intel because of integrated graphics. Also a few parts such as the 3600XT are quite unnecessary should I jot down the list of parts?

Hi. This reminds me of a situation.
Any idea if i5-10400f paired with GT1030 would be better or i5-11500 without any GPU whatsoever?

Better yes, worth it? Definitely not especially with the current price, my suggestion just get the 11500, if you get the graphic card through any sale go for that. Reselling could be an issue with a 1030. But if you still insist on a graphic card get a GTX 710 or something, youll be throwing it away after something is available thats for sure.
