Hyderabad: The leader of the CLP, Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, accused the government on Tuesday of not restricting the spread of coronavirus except that it had sufficient stock of vaccines.
“There is no clear plan of action with the government. “Even top officials like General Secretary Somesh Kumar could not give full details, including the total eligible population, the provision of central government and the manufacturing capacity of pharmaceutical companies in the state,” he told an online media conference.
“The government has put together a task force, but the team has not inspected any hospital and has taken action against those who charge exorbitant patient fees,” Vikramarka said, adding that the government’s vaccination was announced for anyone over 18 years of age.
“Forget about the vaccination of the first dose, there is no information about the vaccination of the second dose. “Despite the expiration date for many, the government is not taking any action to address the issue,” he claimed.
