Hi GuysI have been lifting for 3 months now, I am quite skinny but have been making some serious progress for me. In my program I only hit decline chest exercises when doing flys the rest is mid/upper. I have notice a weird shape in my chest and was wondering is this genetics? Or should i be hitting decline chest exercises harder? Don't hold back any criticism or points are greatly appreciated
