In kedarnath Dham, all the preparations were done before the opening of the kapat. The entire temple is decorated with 11 quintal flowers. The atmosphere in Kedarpuri has become devotional with the mesmerizing melodies of Lord Shankar. The doors of the temple will be opened in the presence of kedarnath Rawal Bhimashankar Linga and the temple's chief priest Bagesh Linga and administration this morning. Common devotees are prohibited from entering the temple after the main gate opens.

Following the Covid guidelines by the government and the Devasthanam board, the doors of kedarnath were opened by law this morning.
