Lending Solutions Opens Call Center in Knoxville

Lending Solutions Inc., a provider of call center services for financial institutions has announced the opening of a new call center facility in Knoxville that it says will create 265 new jobs in the state of Tennessee.

The new call center is part of a $2 million investment by the company and includes a facility inside The Atrium at 1225 E. Weisgarber Road, where new hires will train for their call center jobs for 8 weeks before transitioning to work from home roles. Thirty new hires have currently begun their first training session.

Founded in 1994, LSI provides 24-hour lending center services and consulting programs for financial institutions in North America including over 300 credit unions, banks, and mortgage companies.

“We are so excited to be coming to Knoxville,” said Mark Johnson, LSI founder, and majority owner.

“This training center represents the future of LSI as a gateway for many Americans in today’s new skill-based economy. Through our ACADEMY employees are paid to learn the skills they need to be the best at what they do in the financial services industry. What we do at LSI is simple, but it is hard. Our secret is that we look for people who believe in themselves – that is who we want to invest in.”

LSI puts a strong focus on training the right employees. Quality and professionalism is a key aspect of their services as people are calling to purchase a new car, or home or get help when they’re under a lot of stress to make a financial decision.

Sen. Becky Duncan Massey (R-Knoxville) commented on the news and the excitement to bring more jobs to talented job seekers in the area.

“We are pleased that LSI is locating operations in Knoxville. We have a strong talent pipeline, friendly business climate, and exceptional quality of life that is a great fit for this growing company. We are greatly appreciative of their commitment and investment and look forward to their long-range success. I also appreciate all the hard work done by Governor Lee, Commissioner Rolfe, and our local leaders in bringing these jobs home.”
