Last week, they teamed up against the New Day to take on the team of Omos, AJ Styles, Elias, and Jaxson Ryker. The team of Orton, Riddle, and the New Day emerged victorious courtesy of a vicious RKO by the legend killer to Jaxon Ryker, but soon after their victory, Randy took down both Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods with an RKO before leaving Riddle in the middle of the ring stunned.

WWE Raw Preview, Results, 18th May 2021 – Orton & Riddle team: After hitting both Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods with an RKO, it seems like Randy is finally heading in the direction to form a proper alliance with Riddle. The former World Champion and Legend Killer Orton will be heading into a relatively fresh storyline if he finally teams up with Riddle, and their first feud could be against the New Day.
Also, it has been quite a while since Randy held the tag team golds. The last time he held the tag team titles (Smackdown Tag-team title) was back in 2016-17 with Luke Harper in the stable of the famous Wyatt Family. Therefore, once they romp past New Day, the team of Randy Orton and Riddle could make their way to challenge AJ Styles and Omos for the Raw Tag-Team titles. This week’s Raw is sure to be one blockbuster of an event.
