they call it foreskin restoration. doctors won't help you in this and can't do anything. you have to stretch the remaining mucosa to cover your glans and use your scarline as your tugging point. then once that's done you want to taper the skin that hangs over your glans to make it tighter and smaller like a normal foreskin.
