He had a girlfriend when he was 20 but honestly I'm not sure if they even had sex and I don't think he's been out on a date since then. He just never tries with women at all and is extremely shy.
For real life standards, he's a 3-4/10... He claims to occasionally work out but basically has a skinny fat frame at 5'10. He's heavily balding and doesn't have the dark features, big jaw, head shape or facial hair to really pull it off
My friend is 32. The rest of us all have girlfriends or we're single but get laid. How can I help him progress? I think realistically he would need to have a 3-4/10 girl who interacts with him on a regular basis but he doesn't meet girls at work and we don't have any girls in our social circle for him to meet.

Honestly, if he's happy let him do his thing. I used to be kinda like this, and now I'm still a bit awkward but finally have my looks in really good shape and put myself out there a lot.
