i've been reading atomic habits, i'm in chapter 3 right now. I spent 90 minutes reading 12-15 pages because I was on delta 8 THC (100% legal). clicked on this book summary last night searching for another book summary because my dad gave me a 400 page (fiction) book to read. the book is "arrow smith" by sinclair lewis. I don't have time to read it so i just read a summary. came across this video on wealth of nations and i'm coming to the conclusion that wealth is 100% dependent on having GOOD HABITS. good habits are how we can start building wealth as the economy is a reflection of good habits. just woke up, i'm about to run hills for 20 min at least. prob 30 min.
