So I've been doing Coolcicada's PPL with Deadlifts for about the past 6 months on and off (Thanks Corona). I've had great results on it, but I've recently got myself a home gym and am missing equipment needed for some of those workouts.
The equipment I have is
- Power Cage
- Fitness Reality 2000 Bench (leg holder for sit ups)
- Olympic Barbell and Weights (up to 300lbs)
- 20lb Adjustable Dumbbells
- Chin Up Bar
- Horizontal Bars (Safety bars on power cage)
My issue with Coolcicada's PPL now is that I don't have a cable machine or any leg day equipment. I'm wondering how I would figure out either a good replacement routine. Or good alternate exercises to the program that I can't do with my equipment.

I don't know the routine off the top of my head.
Machines are just fine for legs..
But you have more than enough kit to do...
many squat variations
many unilateral variations (split squats/Lunges)
Many Hinge variations
Nordic curls
I'd recommend you buy a pair of red mini bands tho!
Spoiler!
Or a cheap pulley from amazon for like £40/$50 or whatever
Spoiler!FMH crew - Couch.

I was going to mention exercise bands, but someone beat me to it. I do have something to contribute. You can make something like this with the bands. 30 second video in link.
