Video card running hotter in AMD computer than Intel

I have an asus tuf 570x motherboard with a ryzen 3700x and video cards run about 20 degrees hotter Celsius in this machine than others. Its all corsair fans, psu, case and they're blowing in alignment. Right now an old 980ti of mine is pegging at 90c in this case but runs at~70c in my older intel 6600k machine, with less fans. WTF? Is anyone having an issue with the 570x active cooling chipsets? These motherboards seem to run fukkin hot.
    no one thinks that srs
