275? I’m doing that as my warmup for my overhead press.
In my lifters gym, no-one turns a head unless you are warming up with at least 275.
We don’t even mess with anything less than 200lb, period. Just lol*My Lateral Raises are stronger than my Overhead Press crew*
*My Overhead Press is stronger than my Bench Press crew*
