Today, I finally finished painting the entire exterior of my house. Original cedar shake siding that desperately needed attention. Now, it looks like new. Entirely on my own, no help from anyone else. It was a way bigger pain in the asss than I expected it to be.
But now I get to see a huge change in my house every time I go in or out of it, and I've gotten numerous compliments from the neighbors, so they like it too. Feels fkn amazing knowing I got it done on my own.

Can't think of to many things I tangibly did recently I helped my GMA but that was a few days ago, Got two areas I gotta repaint which I put up some painters tape to start the process one area is a really tight corner between two pieces of door trim and just never got around to it and replaced OLD thermostat with a nest so gotta paint around the area because the plate is a different shape and the older paint underneath is now exposed gotta finish adjusting my weather tech flooring in the garage too but scheduled and exam for my certification which feels good. Been slacking a bit but definitely gotta pick it up almost finished my basement stair well as well probably 75% was done when I moved in but slowly add the final couple missing sections.

I finally got over a breakup with a crazy bitch this week after probably 2 months. Really good feeling, as I was beginning to kinda act toxic to the people around me and it was impacting my work. Have a trip coming up this week where I'm going to fuk like 5 girls in a 3 day span, and that should be the nail in the coffin.

One hugely positive thing for me is that I no longer require the salaried component of my job so can go on cruise control now. Kind of hoping to get sacked as I’ll get a juicy severance.
I’ve saved up enough cash that I can buy my next development site outright and with the proceeds of the current project underway will finally be able to fund construction without the involvement of the bank.
