Try to imagine true happiness, remember you being happy with your day to day life
Now notice how none of those time periods are when you had a dumb gf texting and bugging you when you finally had a day to yourself, or having to take her places and meet her smelly friends when you finally have a day off work to relax
Now realize how happy you were laying alone at home being able to do whatever you wanted, whenever you wanted

Have you considered that it was for the best that she left ? And that your future life will be much better without her in the future ? But to be srs OP you gotta have your own chit going on. Find your own plans and schemes, hopes and dreams. Pick yourself up and keep going, because you're gonna die and life is not too long. The pain will come to pass, but life will continue. Don't let it destroy you.
