Haryana health minister Anil Vij urges protesters to get the jab

AMBALA: Haryana home and health minister Anil Vij on Friday said farmers should cooperate with the state administration and come forward for Covid-19 vaccination and testing.
Vij was speaking to media at his residence in Ambala Cantonment.
To a query about the high positivity rate of Covid-19 cases in areas along Delhi borders and villages of Haryana, Vij said, “For all areas and villages, a comprehensive scheme has been planned to contain and check the spread of coronavirus. We are establishing Covid care centres at all villages and a team would be deputed there.”
“A team of five people has been formed, which will go door to door and do general check-ups. In case people are found with symptoms, there test will be conducted. According to the level of the infection, the patient’s treatment would be done accordingly,” he added.
