Others say the exact opposite!

It depends what lifting day it is, it depends on what time it is, it depends on what mood I’m in, how tired I may be, what flavour I want that time.
I could put a long list of ingredients down but will serve absolutely sweet FA purpose for the ‘research’ you’re trying to conduct. You might as well go to the bb.com site and just gather all the nutritional panels and have at it that way.Strong & Unstable
