Rajasthan sees 14,289 coronavirus cases, 155 deaths

Jaipur, May 14 (UNI) Rajasthan on Friday registered 14,289 coronavirus cases and 155 fatalities, pushing the infection count in the state to 8,35,814 and death toll to 6,472.
As per Health department, 6,16,589 people have recovered of the contagion so far and active cases in the state stand at 2,12,753.
Of the fresh cases, Jaipur saw 2,823, followed by Alwar 1,368, Kota 773, Jodhpur 708, Udaipur 688, Sikar 674, Bharatpur 575, Jhunjhunu 574, Jaisalmer 496, Chittorgarh 417 and Bikaner 412.
A total of 97,39,918 samples have been tested for the virus so far.
