Hello, i have a question. I have protein before workout and then i have large meal like 1 hour after my workout. Im drinking 2-3 cups of coffee daily, and i just like to have one cup of coffee right after my workout, when im resting and doing my meal. Its pretty relaxing to me to have coffee + i train in morning and it gives me energy right after workout, but still, i red some articles, that it increase cortisol and i should not have coffee post workout. So just want to ask -> is it that much a deal for gains, or can i have normally coffee right after my workout before my meal ? Thanks
