Gifts distributed on eve of Eid-Ul-Fitr

Different individuals and association wished the people of Manipur on the eve of Eid-Ul-Fitr and distributed gifts to Muslim communities at various places.
Social worker Lourembam Sanjoy distributed gifts to Muslim communities in Andro AC yesterday.
L Sanjoy personally distributed essential items and edible items to Muslim families in Yairipok, Changamdabi, Ningthounai, Tulihal, Toupokpi, Ngarian Muslim, Ialiyangbi and Top Laikon.
Distributing the items, L Sanjoy wished the people on the auspicious festival of Eid-Ul-Fitr and prayed for peace and prosperity in Andro AC .
Limrah Foundation also wished the people of Manipur especially the Muslim community on the eve of Eid-Ul-Fitr and distributed essential items to underprivileged families in Lilong Nungei, Pabitek and Mayang Imphal.
Sadam Husen, project manager, Limrah Foundation, said the distribution of essential items was done as a part of the foundation's continuous effort to support the underprivileged families and differently abled individuals under the supervision of Mufti Mohammed Hujeifa.
He also sought support from the public in the work undertaken by the foundation.
All Manipur Students Union (AMSU) and EPAC Group of News also extended Eid-Ul-Fitr greetings to the people of the state.
AMSU also prayed for the festival of Eid to bring peace, love and strengthen the bond of brotherhood between different communities in the state.
Seidur Maibam, founding president, EPAC group also wished the people and appealed everyone to love and respect each other and to celebrate the festival of Eid-Ul-Fitr by observing all the SOP strictly.
