Gurgaon: In line with the Haryana government’s recent announcement, the district administration on Thursday said that some 35,000 families living below the poverty line (BPL) in Gurgaon will get financial assistance of up to Rs 35,000 to meet the expenses incurred in the treatment of their Covid-affected members at private hospitals. Anybody wishing to avail the benefits should possess a Parivar Pechan Patra.

As per the directions, if any patient from these families is admitted to a private hospital for Covid-19 treatment, we’ll reimburse Rs 5,000 daily for a maximum of seven days.
