Telkom Kenya to form 2 subsidiaries for digital and financial services

Telkom Kenya has announced that it is creating two wholly owned subsidiaries to house its digital and financial services businesses, as it aims to enhance service delivery. In August 2020, Telkom re-organised its structure into Telkom Consumer and Telkom Digital, laying the groundwork towards its long-term goal to become the technology partner of choice.
