German consumer association says Vodafone attracts more complaints

German consumer association Vzbv has said that Vodafone is increasingly the target of complaints. Sixty-six percent of consumer complaints about the five largest providers are directed at Vodafone for problems relating to broadband and fixed networks. When it comes to mobile communications, Vodafone is the third largest provider but is the target of most of the complaints, Vzbv said.
