My name is Obrad , I'm 18 yso.
I am training for 1.5 years now. Recently I started focusing on my strength, especially on 3 main lifts Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press.

Weight: 87kg
Current lifts:
-Squat: 160 kg - 352 lbs
-Deadlift: 180 kg x2 - 396 lbs
-Bench Press: 97.5 kg - 215 lbs

I would appreciate if you take time to see my form and give me some tips on certain lifts.
When it comes to eating, my body type is ecto-mesomorph (I had been training basketball for 8 years), right now I am on the 4k-5k calories a day(depends on what day it is), I mostly focus on clean food(around 95% calories), I hit my plateau, so time to bump it up to 6k .
