Downing Street has succeeded in getting a county court judgement against Boris Johnson struck out, the BBC understands.
The court order was registered against the prime minister over an alleged unpaid debt of £535.
It related to a defamation claim against the PM, which Downing Street described as "totally without merit".
The prime minister's lawyers applied to the court to have the order cancelled.
