fcced up my disc last year. haven’t squatted or dl heavy again ever since. how was your experience?

Unless you’re competing or taking orange juice, there is no point in squatting or deadlifting over 315 maybe 405.
Its about time under tension, mind muscle connection, its not weight lifting.-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. What disc? What's your diagnosis? Did you see a doctor, do therapy, get treatment? What are your goals?

Never got diagnosed but I definitely fukked up my back a couple times where I knew it wasn't simply muscle pulls or spasms... Still lifted heavy once I felt better. Don't lift heavy anymore for other reasons though would rather do a set of 15-20 on squats and 3x10 for deads srs. Way better development and conditioning imo.
