    It's okay to feel exhausted as a mental health caregiver. Don't question yourself

    While it’s important to know how to care for a person battling a mental health issue, it’s also okay to accept that it won’t always be simple. Especially when you are at the receiving end of their sometimes cruel, toxic behaviour.
