Been over a year since I had a drink cus of the whole rona situation and didn't want my previous progress to go to waste.
I've been attacking my work outs and they've been getting really damn good lately.
So far, been able to overhead press 135 relatively easily.
Then the other day front squatted 185 lbs for 3x5.
Everything seems to be going up which is really odd given my age.
Kind of credit everything to not drinking
