A savior of COVID-19 patients could not save her own grandmother

Hyderabad: A COVID-19 a woman exhaled her last breath into the lap of her granddaughter, a doctor, who saved a lot coronavirus patients, but could not save her own grandmother.

At a time when blood relatives fear their loved ones, leave coronavirus, Dr. Hamaja, a resident of Kukatpally, gave a good example of what a doctor and a human being should be.

Dr. Hamaja took her grandmother to King Koti Hospital in a car when she complained of shortness of breath, a sign of Covid-19.

Her grandmother’s oxygen level dropped sharply to 42 when she reached King Koti Hospital. Dr. Hamaja helped her with an oxygen facility found in the hospital compound.

The King Koti Hospital has dr. Hamaja advised to rush with her grandmother to Gandhi Hospital or Osmania Hospital.

She took her sick grandmother to the Osmania Hospital and with the arrival of the hospital stay, she assured her grandmother that her medical colleagues working in the hospital would give her the best treatment.

However, it was too late for the sick woman who exhaled her last breath into the lap of her granddaughter.

Dr. Hamaja works at the Teacher’s Care Hospital in Ameerpet, and she has the distinction of saving a number Covid-19 patients under her care.
