WEP Solutions has informed that the business and operations of the company are impacted by the partial/complete lockdown in various parts of the country. The company is making its best efforts to provide services to all its customers within the permissible guidelines as applicable in each jurisdiction.
Further, the State of Himachal Pradesh has announced a lockdown from 7th May 2021 to 16th May 2021. The company’s manufacturing facility is situated at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
Given the guidelines, the company has decided to temporarily suspend its manufacturing operations for this period. The company shall continue to operate its minimal operations as permitted under the guidelines. Keeping in mind the health and safety of its employees, the company has already moved to “work from home“ policy for all its office employees across India.
The adverse impact on the operations of the company due to second ware of Covid‐19 is not immediately ascertainable. The Company is monitoring the situation continuously and shall take appropriate decisions accordingly.
At around 12:35 PM, WEP Solutions was trading at Rs17 per piece down by Rs0.6 or 3.41% on the BSE.
