    MUMBAI: Asset Reconstruction Company (India) sold 902,389 shares of at Rs 16.2 apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

    The Asset Reconstruction Company is owned by SBI, , IDBI, Punjab National Bank and strategic foreign investors and has participated in several debt resolution plans.
