it depends if your office proactively recruits diversity. i worked in a call-center type environment (we didnt make calls, just process data) but we had just about every nationality and gender possible srs.
i started a trivia night at a local bar*"Soon you'll be ashes, or bones. A mere name at most - and even that is just a sound, an echo. The things we want in life are empty, stale, and trivial. So treat human beings as they deserve, be tolerant with others and strict with yourself. Remember, nothing belongs to you but your flesh and blood - and nothing else is under your control" - Marcus Aurelius

really depends on the quality of co workers srs
for instance once a big ole girl sat in the cube next to me who'd never wear socks and take her tennis shoes off during the summer. sometimes random convos come up and there is another whose talked about "white privilege" and how people here have it (even though he personally has prolly out earned legit every single one of us since he worked overseas contracting making $140k plus i bet with little to no tax).
so sometimes you get those conversations and you just want to be like WTF, but you basically have to know you might be in an office w/a bunch of dumbarsses.bro country crew / misc irl crew / og camaro crew / cat video crew / extra onion crew / canon crew / m&p crew / trump crew / buffalo bills crew
