Starting taking about 600MG a day of R-ALA (Which would be about 1200mg of regular ALA)
What a difference, I struggle with insulin resistance a bit etc...
This is same feeling I get on EC stack, without the gitters. 60-65% of the same energy boost, muscles feel full, great pumps.... feel good etc...
I'm hoping this will aid weight loss as I'm cutting, I'm willing to try it out for a few weeks anyway.
It for sure puts a bit more water in the muscle as I feel/look fuller with minimal carbs (sub 100 grams). Very similar to the EC stack/nutrient partitioning feel you get.
I'm very interested to see if I get quicker weight loss.
