Its much harder to approach random people and talk/flirt with them than it sounds. Furthermore, you have no idea how a stranger will react to you. For all you know, they will spit on your face. Even then , that does not guarantee that you will get laid.

You need to try to bang coworkers, friends of friends, friends of coworkers, etc. You need to meet people in environment where there isn't so much competition and also in an environment where you have some more time.
