New Bafana Bafana head coach Hugo Broos on Tuesday outlined the importance of results while revealing his playing philosophy, confirming there will be zero favouritism involved in any of his future selections.

In his first interview since arriving on South African shores, the Belgian told SABC Sport that the most important thing during his tenure would be winning matches.
The 69-year-old is confident that Bafana Bafana could do well in Group G of their 2022 World Cup qualifying campaign, especially against familiar opponents in Ghana.
Broos, as head coach of Cameroon, faced the Black Stars in a 2-0 win at the semi-final stage on his way to guiding the team to the 2017 Afcon trophy.
While partly familiar with African football after a successful spell with Cameroon, Broos opined that not knowing too much about South African football would allay any fears against favouritism in future selections.
"I can make my own choices in selection and don't need to look to any other advice from anybody," Broos said.
"Sometimes a choice is difficult to make and I will be clean (have a blank slate).
"I don't have to look to other voices regarding selections and this can work in my favour."
Broos also reiterated that his teams would have a strong emphasis on youth and excited South African football fans would welcome his plans to implement an attacking style of football.
"I like offensive football, we will not play by being defensive 60 metres from goal and then hitting teams on the counter-attack.
"Sometimes you have to use that too, but this will overall not be the tactic.
"But very important also is the team, I like to see a team on the pitch and not three or four individuals.
"That's what I achieved with Cameroon, where we didn't have the best team in the Afcon, there were many better teams but we were the team who won because we were a team.
"Not just a team of 11 players, but a squad of 23 and that's what made us successful."
The hard work begins immediately for Broos with two PSL fixtures taking place on Tuesday before finalising his technical team.
"I'll first be preparing a team for our World Cup qualifiers in September. So I will be meeting first with my South African assistant as he knows local football better.
"We will make some necessary decisions then and this is very, very important to do. Then we will be looking to see some local games as soon as possible before watching the over 60 South African players who play abroad.
"It will be important to profile those overseas based players and see how regularly they are playing and at which level."
Bafana Bafana's first competitive fixture will be an away trip to Zimbabwe in a Group G 2022 World Cup qualifier at the beginning of September.
