Mangla Dembi joins Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital as Head and Senior VP

Dembi will spearhead the P&L and operational responsibilities of the hospital

Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital has appointed Mangla Dembi as the Head and Senior Vice President.

Dembi will spearhead the P&L and operational responsibilities of the hospital. She has experience in business development, patient care and hospital operations span over two decades. Dembi graduated in science from Delhi University and post-graduated in marketing from MNIT, Jaipur.

Dembi joined Max Healthcare as Vice President, Patient Experience in 2020. Before her notable tenure at Max, she was associated for over a decade at Fortis Healthcare where she led a multitude of projects around patient centricity, operational excellence and business development. In her last assignment at Fortis, Dembi was Facility Director at Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj handling the P&L and operational responsibilities.

As the institute is now managed by India’s healthcare giant—Max Healthcare, it is known as Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital. We aim to enhance patient’s clinical experience, focusing both on clinical outcomes and patient care,” said Dembi.
