Hyderabad: Sensation reigned Tuesday night in the Jairam Nagar crossroads under the Jeedimetla police station after a mysterious explosion took place.
The blast occurred when the man was carrying a handbag. The sound of the explosion was so loud that the residents panicked at the sound of the explosion.
According to residents, a person with a small handbag exploded, although he survived the explosion, but he sustained injuries, police along with the CLUES team and the dog group arrived on the scene and arrested the person taken.
Police believe the explosion was caused by a can of chemicals in the bag. A case has been registered by the Cyberabad police and investigation is underway.
