Panaji, May 11 (UNI) Goa reported 3124 new cases of Covid 19 and 75 deaths during the last 24 hours.
According to daily bulletin issued by Directorate of Health Services (DHS), with the new cases, number of total confirmed cases in the state increased to 1,24,774 while number of total deaths shot up to 1804.
There were 2475 recoveries during the last 24 hours which took the number of total recoveries in the state to 90,134.
Recovery rate in the state improved to 72.24 per cent.
On Tuesday, 2948 new patients were sent for home isolation, 321 were admitted to hospitals while 178 were discharged.
As many as 8505 new samples were tested on Tuesday taking the number of total samples tested so far to 7,26,927.
The number of active cases in the state increased to 32,836.
