New Delhi, May 11 (UNI) The Indian Railway on Tuesday informed that the first Oxygen Express will reach Dehradun (for Uttarakhand) and Pune (for Maharashtra) Tuesday with 120 MT and 50 MT of Liquid Medical Oxygen (LMO) respectively.
So far, it has delivered nearly 5735 MT of LMO in more than 375 tankers to various states across the country and around 755 MT of life saving gas to the Nation.
Noting that more than 90 Oxygen Expresses have already completed their journey as of now 293MT of LMO has been offloaded in Maharashtra, nearly 1630 MT in Uttar Pradesh, 340 MT in Madhya Pradesh, 812 MT in Haryana, 123 MT in Telangana, 40 MT in Rajasthan, 120 MT in Karnataka and more than 2383 MT in Delhi.
Describing that running of new Oxygen Express is a very dynamic exercise as it has many limitations such as regulated speed and other constrains, the Railways also said that more than 375 tanker load of Oxygen delivered to various States.
